Some extended-health insurance plans require a referral for reimbursement, so check your specific plan. **Q: Do you offer direct billing?** A: Yes. Pro Motion Calgary direct bills all major extended-health insurers, as well as WCB and motor-vehicle-accident (Section B) claims. Bring your insurance or claim details to your visit. **Q: Do you accept WCB claims?** A: Yes. We have WCB-registered practitioners for physiotherapy and chiropractic. You do not need a referral for a work injury, but WCB must approve treatment through your claim. WCB typically funds an initial assessment, then approves further visits (commonly about 21 treatments over six weeks) after the therapist submits a report.
