We Direct Bill All Major Insurers For Extended Health and Motor Vehicle Claims

  • Osteopathy, with most plans, is not direct billable

  • We have had some cases where Canada Life has not accepted Osteopath receipts from patients for reimbursement under their Osteopath coverage. They have accepted some claims, while not accepted others. If you have Canada Life Insurance, please contact Canada Life prior to booking, and ask for written/emailed confirmation that they will reimburse you. Thank you for your understanding.

 
 

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If the cancellation or reschedule occurs with less than 24 hours to the appointment time you will be subject to charge. The first late cancel we will charge 50% of that appointment. The second time a late cancel occurs we will charge 100% of that appointment. Thank you for your understanding when having to apply this policy.
