Danielle Tritscher

Registered Massage Therapist

Danielle is a Registered Massage Therapist with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta (MTAA) and graduated in June of 2024 from the 2200-hour diploma program at Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary. Danielle provides intentional, therapeutic care with a strong commitment to promoting client wellness and recovery. She believes that movement is medicine—our bodies are made to move, and doing so positively impacts not only our physical health but also our mental well-being.

Passionate about supporting others, Danielle is dedicated to ongoing education to better serve her clients and empower them to take an active role in their health. Her goal is to bring kindness, comfort, and meaningful support to each person she treats.

As an active individual and being involved in many sports growing up, she quickly learned what it takes to be part of a team, work hard, play hard, maintain a positive mindset even at the toughest of times and most importantly look after her own body!  From a young age, she’s always known she wanted to help others feel their best, ensuring that their words are heard, that they feel seen and that they are comfortable to be their most true self around her.

If you're seeking specific, targeted treatment, Danielle incorporates a combination of active and passive stretching, Myofascial Release, and other therapeutic techniques such as Muscle Energy Techniques to help lengthen restricted tissue, reduce pain and muscle spasms, and promote pain-free movement.

Aside from massaging, Danielle enjoys being out in nature, staying active through running and Pilates, baking, and spending time with her friends and family.
