This isn’t going to be an old-school, boring or rushed experience in a stuffy clinic that hasn’t changed since 1995… We promise. From the second you walk through our doors, you’ll feel the difference.

Our Purpose and Principles

Our work is bigger than the four walls of our clinic – after all, isn’t the whole point of your experience with us to get you living more powerfully? More energetically? More purposefully?

When you’re working hard, we want to be there for you. Getting to see you in action and support you in the achievement of your goals inspires us. Ensuring you’re tuned up before a race means you get to perform better and your risk of injury is decreased. No matter how beat up, sweaty or dirty you are after you cross that finish line, we’ll be there waiting for you.

Connecting with like-minded members of our community lights us up. From endurance races to strength competitions, public talks to golf clinics, we show up. When we come to events, we bring a full crew to provide onsite treatments ranging from chiropractic care to massage therapy, acupuncture and taping. We also provide a recovery space and tools to ensure our athletes are well taken care of. Our team is outgoing, engaging and positive – we bring the fun (and have so much fun doing it).

• Osteopathy, with most plans, is not direct billable
• We have had some cases where Canada Life has not accepted Osteopath receipts from patients for reimbursement under their Osteopath coverage. They have accepted some claims, while not accepted others. If you have Canada Life Insurance, please contact Canada Life prior to booking, and ask for written/emailed confirmation that they will reimburse you. Thank you for your understanding.
• We are also not able to direct bill for counselling services, these appointments will have to be self-submitted by the patient. We also recommend checking your insurance plan to make sure it covers services provided by Canadian Certified Counselors.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. The first late cancel will be a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. The 2nd and subsequent late cancels will be a charge of 100% of the appointment cost.
